1. Who these terms are with

2. What this site is
Vanguard Hub is an informational reference about setting up and troubleshooting online games on desktop computers. It is published for general information only. It is not professional advice of any kind — not technical, security, financial or legal advice — and it is not a substitute for the support channels of the software vendors it describes, or for advice from a qualified adviser about your own circumstances.
We are not a games publisher, a retailer, a support provider or an agent of any vendor. We sell nothing, and we take no payment from readers.
3. Accuracy and change
We take care to be accurate and to say plainly when something is general guidance rather than a sourced fact. Even so, software, hardware, prices, system requirements, availability and vendors’ own terms all change, often without notice. Information here may be out of date by the time you read it. Before acting on anything that concerns a particular product, check the vendor’s own site, which is the authoritative source for its product.
If you find an error, write to us and it will be corrected. Corrections are welcome and are not treated as complaints.
4. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites, including Australian government services and the vendor of the product it covers. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their security, or their terms and privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it is cited for. One of the links on this site is a paid affiliate link, which is disclosed on the page where it appears and explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page.
5. Using the site and its content
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use, including linking to them. The text, layout, code and original graphics are our copyright. Please do not republish substantial parts of the content elsewhere without asking us first.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to hardware or software arising from steps taken in reliance on general troubleshooting information. You remain responsible for deciding whether any step described here is appropriate for your own equipment, and for backing up anything you cannot afford to lose.
We do not warrant that this site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, or of the right to bring proceedings where those laws permit.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
