Privacy Policy
This website collects no personal information through any form, cookie or tracking technology, because it has none. This policy describes the two narrow exceptions — ordinary server logs kept by our hosting provider, and email you choose to send us — and what rights you have over both.

CHONSU s.r.o. publishes this website, vanguardhub.online, under the name Vanguard Hub. This policy is written with reference to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, because the site is written for readers in Australia. Section 11 covers the position under European data protection law, which also applies to us as a company established in the Czech Republic.
2. What is actually collected
There are exactly three things, and two of them are not collected by us.
2.1 Nothing is collected through the website itself
This site has no contact form, newsletter sign-up, registration, account, comments, search box or input field of any kind. It sets no cookies and permits no third party to set cookies through it. It runs no analytics, advertising tags, conversion pixels or chat widget, and loads no scripts, stylesheets, fonts or images from any third-party host. It uses no localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or browser fingerprinting. The cookie policy covers this in detail.
2.2 Server logs kept by our hosting provider
Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server that keeps ordinary technical logs. Each entry typically records the IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the HTTP status returned, the amount of data sent, the browser user agent string, and sometimes the referring page. An IP address can be personal information in some circumstances, which is why it is described here.
These logs are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure. They are not used to build a profile of you, not combined with any other source, and not used for advertising or measurement.
2.3 Email you send us
If you write to info@vanguardhub.online, we receive your email address, whatever you put in the message, and the technical headers your mail provider attaches. You decide what that contains. We ask that you do not send sensitive information — health, financial account details, identity documents — because nothing we do requires it.
3. Why each category is held, and on what basis

We do not use any of this for marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we have no mailing list to add anyone to.
4. How long information is kept
- Server logs: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or overwritten by the hosting infrastructure in the ordinary course.
- Email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the date of the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Where correspondence concerns a legal matter, it is kept for as long as that matter requires and for any period a limitation law requires afterwards.
These are stated periods rather than a general commitment to keep things no longer than necessary, so that you can hold us to them.
5. Who else sees it, including overseas disclosure
Two recipients, and no others.
- Our hosting provider, which operates the servers that deliver this website and generates the logs described above. It processes that information on our instructions in order to provide hosting.
- Our email provider, which carries and stores messages sent to the address above.
We do not disclose personal information to the advertiser whose product is written about on this site, to the advertising network that pays our commission, or to any analytics, advertising or data broking business. We do not do so because we have nothing to disclose to them: this site does not identify its readers.
We may disclose information where we are required to by law, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights.
5.1 Cross-border disclosure — Australian Privacy Principle 8
CHONSU s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, and our hosting and email providers operate servers located outside Australia, including in the European Union. If you access this site from Australia or send us an email from Australia, the information described in this policy is therefore disclosed to, and stored by, recipients outside Australia. Australian Privacy Principle 8 concerns cross-border disclosure of personal information, and we draw your attention to it here so that this is clear before you contact us.
6. How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted. Access to server logs and to the email account is limited to the publisher, protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. The site stores no reader records at all: information that was never collected cannot be exposed. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles
If you are in Australia, you may ask us for access to personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Write to info@vanguardhub.online. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and in the ordinary case the only information we hold that relates to you is the correspondence you have sent us.
If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your personal information or your request, please tell us first so that we have the opportunity to fix it. If you remain dissatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which regulates privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), at oaic.gov.au.
8. Notifiable data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, we will assess it promptly and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) requires it, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. There is nothing on the site through which a person of any age could submit information to us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to the address above and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date at the top. Where a change is significant — for example, if the site ever began collecting something — the change and a working consent mechanism would be in place before any new collection began, not afterwards. Because we hold no mailing list, we cannot notify readers individually, so the effective date on this page is the record.
11. European and United Kingdom data protection
CHONSU s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, and the UK GDPR applies to readers in the United Kingdom.
Legal basis. We rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for both categories described in section 3: keeping security and diagnostic logs, and reading and answering correspondence. We do not rely on consent, because there is nothing here to consent to — this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking technology, so no consent mechanism is required or presented.
Your rights. Subject to the conditions in the legislation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, write to info@vanguardhub.online.
Complaints. You may complain to a supervisory authority. For the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů); readers in other countries may complain to the supervisory authority in their own country of residence.
12. Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, including Australian government services and a paid link to the vendor of the product it covers. Once you follow a link you are on a site operated by someone else, governed by their privacy policy and not by this one, and we take no responsibility for what they do with information about you.
