Contact
Contacting the publisher
One email address, no forms, nothing collected. Write to us about anything on this site — corrections, questions about the disclosure, legal or privacy matters.
Email: info@vanguardhub.online
This is the only contact channel for Vanguard Hub. We reply from a person, not an automated system, and messages are usually answered within a few business days. Correspondence is in English.
There is no contact form on this page, and there is none anywhere else on the site. That is intentional: a form would collect and transmit personal information that this publisher has no need for. An email puts you in control of what you send and what address you send it from.
Registered details
The publisher of this website is:
CHONSU s.r.o.
Jaurisova 515/4, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic
Company number: 17168791
VAT: CZ17168791
Email: info@vanguardhub.online
Written correspondence can be sent to that address. Email is considerably faster, and is the preferred route for anything that needs an answer.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Name the page and quote the sentence. Factual errors are fixed promptly.
- Questions about the affiliate arrangement. Anything the disclosure page does not answer.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or a complaint about personal information, as described in the privacy policy. Note that the site itself collects nothing, so in most cases the only information held is the email you send us.
- Legal and rights matters, including anything concerning the trademark notice in the footer of every page.
- Suggestions for subjects to cover. Particularly a problem that took you a long time to solve, because those are the pages worth writing.
What we cannot help with
Being clear about this saves you time.
- Game accounts. We cannot recover, unlock, verify, restore or close an account with any game. We have no access to any vendor’s systems and no relationship with their support teams. Those requests must go to the vendor.
- Refunds and purchases. We sell nothing and take no payment from readers, so we cannot refund, cancel or investigate a transaction. The purchases and rights page explains who can.
- Individual technical support. This is a reference site, not a help desk. The troubleshooting pages are written to be worked through without us, and the vendor’s own support is the right escalation when they do not solve it.
- Reports of scams or online harm. We are not a reporting body. Scamwatch, at scamwatch.gov.au, collects scam reports; the Australian Cyber Security Centre, at cyber.gov.au, takes reports of cyber security incidents; and the eSafety Commissioner, at esafety.gov.au, operates Australia’s online safety reporting schemes.
What happens to an email you send
It is read by the publisher and kept for as long as the matter is open, and then for a period afterwards in case it is raised again. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. It is not shared with the advertiser, the advertising network, or anyone else, except where we are legally required to disclose it. The privacy policy sets out the retention period and your rights over that correspondence, including how to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with how we have handled it.
